Can women go topless on turkish beaches ?

I have been getting so many different answers to one simple question. Can you please tell me whether women can go topless on turkish beaches. Or am I going to be in trouble if I do.  Here comes a surprise: women can sunbathe and swim topless in Marmaris. Quite unusual for a Muslim country! Although nobody opposed to this yet please be sensitive to local culture and belief, especially during the month of Holy Ramazan
