Vibrant and energetic are the best words to describe Bar Street after sunset. One half full of restaurants, the other half full of shops almost as cheap as the market but less hassle. With many
bars to choose from as well as a few restaurants, fast food outlets you really can't go

All the fun is happening along the sea front apparently. Practically every bar,
restaurant and café is buzzing with life and people having good time. A multitude of
hotels, most with their own restaurants and bars open to the public: hugely modern discos
right on the beach front with a large indoor dance area and the best music light
synchronization are all set for you to dance the night away. Whatever you do after sunset,
Bar Street is the place to do it, so don't be square, be there! The second most popular
area is Uzunyali beachfront, home to several discos and a myriad of dance and cocktail
bars and restaurants. Many bars and restaurant have a Turkish night once a week where
there will be fun, games and a Turkish belly dancer, followed by the Turkish Folk Dance
group who will perform regional dances associated with various ceremonies and
celebrations. |
